We recommend using 6000mhz RAM on the AMD AM5 platform to avoid problems that won’t work. If you are an AMD CPU, select 6400MHz or 6800MHz (Hynix A Die), otherwise the product may not work properly and the frequency may need to be reduced.

6.If you are a DDR5 motherboard, we recommend that you use only 2 pieces of memory.

7.If you want to use 4 ram at once, your frequency may be reduced.

Intel CPU: When you use four DDR5 memory at a time, the system will default to 4000, with a maximum frequency of 5600 MHz.

AMD CPU: When you use 4 DDR5 memory at the same time, the default frequency will be 3600 and the maximum frequency will be 4800 MHz.

Why is my BIOS or diagnostic program (CPU-Z) showing that my memory is running at half the frequency?

The BIOS or diagnostic program usually reports the memory bus frequency, which is half of the frequency for DDR type memory. DDR (Double Data Rate) data rate provides twice the memory bus frequency. Therefore, if the memory bus speed is 800MHz and you are using DDR3-1600 memory, the RAM is running at the correct speed.（Such as: DDR4 2666mhz is the same）
